The Cascade Condos sit in Bessemer, Michigan, minutes from Copper Peak and perfectly positioned between the Black River waterfall corridor and Lake Superior.

COPPER PEAK (5 min), The highest ski jump in the Western Hemisphere, open summers for chairlift rides with some of the most dramatic views in the Midwest. Don't skip this one.

BLACK RIVER HARBOR & WATERFALLS (20 min), Five waterfalls through old-growth forest leading to a Lake Superior beach. The area's best half-day trip.

LAKE SUPERIOR (20 min), Agate beaches, paddleboarding, kayaking, or just standing at the edge of an inland sea.
