Your North started with one cabin and a simple idea: a rental should feel less like a rental and more like a stay with a friend who has great taste. Comfortable furniture, a stocked kitchen, firewood already split, and the little details thought through before you get here.

Today that's 24 places across Ironwood and Bessemer: eight ski-in, ski-out villas at Powderhorn, nine condos a minute from the lifts, four lofts downtown, and three homes for the big trips. We own all of them, so when something needs fixing, we're the ones who show up.

We're hands-off hosts by design. Your door code arrives before you do, the kitchen is ready, and you'll have our direct number from the moment you book. If something comes up, big or small, text 906-224-2100 and we'll take care of it.

Pets

Most of our places welcome dogs with a heads up before your stay. We'll set out a food and water dish. Keep them off the furniture and on a leash outside.
